If you are not familiar with clay masks or mud masks, these are masks that are extracted from earth’s clay which gives the skin good benefits and helps the skin from impurities and has been very popular from the early time and now in the modern era. Here are the STEP by STEP instructions for best results.

Step 1: Cleanse your face with your daily cleanser. No need to exfoliate.
It is best to use warm water in washing the face to open up the pores. 
Tip: Use mild cleanser after washing your face before using any face products. You do not want to try up your face due to the application of too many facial products.

Step 2: Apply the hot steam pack on problem areas.
In applying the hot steam pack, be sure to place it on the areas your black head/ whiteheads tend to build up. It is best to place it in the nose, the sides of the nose and the chin area.

Step 3: Wait for 3-5 minutes for the pack to penetrate.
Did you know that you can do things in just 5 minutes? According to Google, these are things you can do individually for 5 minutes each, so pick out what you’d like to do while waiting for you steam pack. Here are some things you can do: dusting, visualize future tasks, read some article (hey maybe check out my other posts? Here’s the link to my site!), water your plants, check some mail, and maybe just lounge around and relax! You can also comment below on the comment section some suggestions you can do in 5 minutes!

Step 4: Scrub and massage onto areas you need to remove the blackheads and dry skin from.
Use gentle circular motions in massaging your face. Also, make sure to scrub off areas with dry skin flakes! This will be the best time for that!

Step 5: Wash off with warm water.
You should also wash off the steam pack with warm water so that you will be able to remove the pack thoroughly. There is also NO need to use your cleanser to remove the pack, this is best so that the moisturizing effect of the pack will leave a slight film on the areas you used it with and protect those areas with this moisture film.
