5 Steps to Clear Skin Using the BEST AND AFFORDABLE Aztec Healing Clay Mask

HERE ARE 5 STEPS TO CLEAR SKIN USING THE AZTEC HEALING CLAY MASK:

Step 1- Prepare materials/utensils needed for Clay Masking

-Mixing Bowl (Do not use a Metal Bowl as it "allegedly" alter the chemicals)

-Table Spoon or Measuring Spoon (Do not use Metal Spoon)

-Flat Brush/Spatula

-2 tbsp Clay Mask

-1tbsp Lemon Juice

-1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or Water for lighter mixture

-Optional: Drops of your favorite facial oil

Step 2- Mix the clay mask into the desired consistency of mask (1 amout powder:1 amount liquid recommended). 

Do not let the mixture dry out before applying, apply it while mixture is fresh. Watery mixture will have a thin consistency which will be easy to dry out. Thick mixture will be a more pore penetrating, more detoxifying and more cleansing.

Step 3- Use wash cloth soaked in warm water and lightly pat unto the face to clean and open up pores. 

This step is a must, it will also cleanse the face and will not mix the clay with dirt and sebum from the face.

Step 4- After cleaning the face with the washcloth, it is optional to apply your favorite face oil first just to prep the skin. 

But it is better to apply the clay mask directly onto the skin for it to penetrate and to deep cleanse the face. Apply the mask evenly to the face, avoiding the eyes, lips and the brows, even the hairline for easy removal. Even application will lead to even drying and hardening of the mask for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5- After the clay mask had evenly dried out and when you feel that you face had tightened, it is time to remove and wash your face. 

You can remove the clay by washing off with warm water. It will slightly feel and look like cement on the face but it will get easily removed by warm water.

Once removed, the face will look red (Do not be Alarmed! That is TOTALLY NORMAL!). The redness is normal and will be gone once the face breathes again.

You will find your face to have more tightened pores, much more clear skin and clearer complexion .

Here is a BEFORE & AFTER (after using this clay mask ONCE A WEEK for 3 weeks!). You can see that there are less acne marks/dark spots on the skin and also less pimples! It is not noticeable on the photo but the pores are smaller than before and the skin is smoother!
